Just wondering has anyone else found cracks appearing on the top of they're panniers. I have a 2019 chieftain limited and cracks have appeared . they were also found on a Challenger on the show room floor.

Not good, has the company been made aware of it?  Looks like maybe a bad batch in production or
a design fault?  I've always had leather type bags as they seem to take the stress better.  Lots of
vibration & stress with solid panniers on long rides.  Hopefully, it should be covered by warranty.

Good, I reckon they can't say too much if there is a display bike on the floor with the same problem.
Well, at least I hope that's how it goes.

If you end up with an extra set with broken panniers was looking for the connections on the Indian bags that fit into the Indian spools on rear guard. Want to use them on my own bags but cannot find them anywhere and Indian won't sell them to me.

All parts of the hard bags are sold as spares. Whoever at Indian said they won't sell them is not looking. Here's the breakdown of the pieces. This link is for my bike but all hard bag bikes will have the same parts and numbers as these. The relevant parts are Nos 22 to 29.

Hey Mon
Just waiting on Indian to make a decision. The cracks are in the top lid so they may only replace the top lid.  We will see.
