Hi There

So just had a follow up call from a Sophie @ Indian, I am assuming Head Office, to make sure I was happy after my recent experience of having the bike in there last week and to check I was happy with outcome and service....

I wanted to lie and say something just to see if I could get something but figured karma would bite me so told them the truth.....

Could it be Indian is looking into the turnover at this site, or just generally trying to kiss ass after the BB recall??

I would imagine the call came from your local dealer?  

Historically, either the Indian Motorcycle dealer, nor the head office contacted customers for their feedback (at least not that I am aware of).  I would say this is positive.  Especially, if they take action to remedy any issues raised during the phone call.  Sydney members, please keep us posted.

I use to get calls after having my VICTORY serviced at Sydney, but have never had one since buying my Indian.
If my memory serves me right the calls were out of Melbourne and Sophie was from customer service.
(with the staff turn over I'm assuming "Sophie" is aka)
