31° C in Dallas Texas USA today.  The road was calling.  Pulled the scoot out of the garage late this morning and hit the road.  402 km later I returned home.  The weather was great...the bluebonnets (native Texas wildflower...invasive devils too) are in bloom.

Overall...a great day!

Nice work DrZ

31c is ideal riding weather and 402km is a fine effort for an impromptu spin.

The fine and mild Autumn (fall in your terms) weather is upon us here but I reckon I will miss most of it.

Still winter is relatively mild in Perth so I wont have to wait until soring to take the new bike for a spin.

Very nice Z.  I rode today but just to drop off and pick up stuff.  In Melbourne, we can park on footpaths so it saves on parking fees!  😜
Let's be kind to one another.

I went riding today, to work and back as usual, Gold coast weather at the moment in the 20's and raining all day... Still love it

Much as I try to avoid it, riding in the rain always looks a lot more miserable fromm the outside than it is from the inside.

I ride everyday regardless of weather and enjoy it but since coming to Qld 4 weeks ago for work I've enjoyed it less, the roads are so thick on oil you could scoop it up and resell it, it is worse than anything I've ever seen and I believe it is because vehicles do not need yearly road worthy inspections, doesn't make for enjoyable riding when you're wondering which Corner or roundabout will make you slip and slide today

That would really tale it from being fun to being a chore. Nothing like a bit of stress to to take the shine off.
Ride carefully in those conditions snd stay safe Face.

We have oil on the roads in Dallas as well however not as bad as what you are describing.  I tend to stay away from the center of the lane since that is where the oil tends to pool.  We do have yearly inspections here but there is always that group who have found a shop that will allow an unacceptable vehicle to pass and stay on the road another year.  I have been behind a few that put oil droplets all over my scoot!

Stay safe out there!

It was a beautiful day in Tassie too. Family, friends and fellow bikers rode the Black Dog Ride (19/3) enjoying four hundred km of magnificent twists and scenery.
First longish ride I've done since my Custom DS rear suspension. I gotta say it's a dream. No more spine curled into my brain. However, now my arse isn't being bounced out of the seat it gets a little numb. :-P :-D
