Like a lot before me I had a small rattle in my screen on the new RM so this morning I looked at fixing it . I know there is another or additional fix that needs a spacer between the motor mount and body behind the head light. But that one is a bit fiddly so I thought I would do the easier one first to see how it goes. Raised the screen ,took the screen off and then I took the screws out that hold the screen onto the arms that lift and raise the screen. Sure enough the rubber washers were crushed . I just replaced them with Alloy washers and replaced the screen . I checked the screen for movement both up and down then see if I could rattle it in any way after doing this. It seems to have fixed the issue.Until I can take the bike for a ride in the dry after cleaning the bike I won't know for sure. I have a good feeling I may have fixed it regardless .If not then I will do the one where you take the head light out a put the spacers between the motor mounting point and body work. ( I took 2 photos of each side to show the washers on the arms.) You can see the Alloy washers to give you an idea what I have mentioned. The whole job took around 15 mins. Like it mate . My 2018 does a little  but  would be nice not to have any rattle . They did look at it at first service which helped a lot .
Interesting to hear how it goes 👍👍

I found the bolts were loose on mine, all I did was tighten them up and rattl gone, let’s hope it lasts.
