The Perth dealer told me IMRG Australia were not charging for renewals until there is some value in it.

So V-Twin buys a second bike and Polaris says, 'Let's send him something that even we see has no value.'

I lost my IMRG card some time ago, so I replied to the email from Polaris (saying that they will extend my membership by 1 year for buying a 2nd Indian).  I asked if a new IMRG card could be sent to me with extended expiry date and that email was simply ignored.  That is the Polaris way!  Anything they don't want to deal with, just ignore it.  😏

Shifty, you traded-in your Scout for a Springfield, did you get two welcome kits?

I didn't get any welcome kit with either bike, but I didn't join the IMRG. They wanted $50 or $70 or something and I couldn't see any reason why they should get more of my money.
Cheers, Kim.

Initial sign up (joining) and the first year is free.  With that, you get a t-shirt and whatever else is offered in AU at the moment.

It wasn't free when I bought my first Indian in 2016.
Cheers, Kim.

Seriously?  When you bought your Scout, Polaris or the dealer made you pay for your IMRG membership?  😳

Sorry!  Too many voices inside my head... I forgot which conversations I've actually had and which conversation I had between my voices.  😝

I thought Shifty was no longer a member but the first year, he got charged and didn't even get the kit.  I am on the same page... at least for now.  😄

When I bought the Scout the dealer had the signup page for IMRG with the other paperwork, but when I saw they wanted me to buy a subscription I passed on it.

Considering that I keep my paperwork at home in a series of piles and start a new pile when the last one is high enough, I might just have that page around here somewhere. 😆
Cheers, Kim.
