It annoyed me that they deleted the warbonnet from the Springfield Dark Horse when I bought mine. That seemed to me to be an integral part of the history. So I've now put one on.

The warbonnet came courtesy of Papa Smurf and started out life on his previous bike that had been written off. With a fresh coat of black (several layers of Plastidip) over the original chrome and some careful measuring for drill holes, it looks like it just grew there from the factory floor.

The connector for the light was waiting for me in behind the headlight.
