Hi, I have a 2015 Chief Vintage “red and cream”  there’s been Indian motocycles in the family for 60+ years
741B witch my Dad still has, the CV was a retirement present to me 6 years ago I do all my own service work and just swooped the spoked wheels for cast ally’s from a Chieftain
( cleaning the standard wheels was a P I T A)
looking forward to participating in the the forum and learning from the experiences from other members.

Hi Kriss,
Welcome to here. The red/cream combo fights it out in my mind with the willow green/cream for my favorite look - which doesn't really explain why I ended up with a Dark Horse. 🙂

Where are you from?
Cheers, Kim.

From Woodrising (no, nobody else has heard of it either)

G'day Kriss, welcome to the forum, I reckon you'll enjoy it.
I have the same year Vintage (same colour scheme) & love the bike.  Haven't been riding much of late between
missus working at home & the CV (both excellent reasons to get OUT, but...)
Hope you're able to get out a bit over in the sunny UK, hm.. maybe not.  Anyhoo, enjoy the bike & welcome again.

Hi thanks for all your welcomes, we are in lock down here in the UK so can’t ride☹️

Fuels at its lowest for years, the roads are empty and the sun is out, the bikes are stuck in the garage, we are only allowed out for shopping or exercise, the police are stopping and finning people for joy driving/riding.
I would like to thank Chris “Aussie and the Indian”for the heads up about this forum .
hoping when this C19 thing is over to take the Challenger for a test ride “ will not be parting with the CV.

Hi Kris,
welcome to the forum. We’ve been experiencing a ‘stay at home’ restriction as well, finally starting to ease though - just in time for our winter weather!
Hope the virus is tamed in the UK and your restrictions are eased soon.

In that case, maybe its a good time to add some bling, performance mods, tuner or other personalisations??

There are plenty to pick from.

Thanks.

The lockdown is easing but there’s no where to go because every thing is still shut.
