I saw someone wearing one of these today... It DEFINITELY got my attention as I was driving along Beaconsfield Parade towards Station Pier. And I have to admit when I worked it out, it gave me a smile knowing it had done exactly what it's meant to - made me fully aware of the rider - and made me smirk. ðŸ˜

Nice,

I wonder what sort of response you would get from the gendarmes!!
I wonder whether it would attract some unnecessary attention from the Police themselves!

Hm, given the current level of our constabulary's sense of humour, I doubt very much that it would be appreciated.
I like the vest but I think it would bring about more "roadcheck stops" than one might normally expect.

Nice one. Many years ago there was a trend to have 'be POLITE' across the front of large windshields for the same effect.

LOL!!!! I was reading more about this this morning regarding legality. Apparently Crime Stoppers sell high vis gear with the blue and white check for wearing, backpacks and panniers!

Anyway, the reason I'm laughing is on another forum someone says to buy a kids helmet and strap it to your rear seat - you can always say you were just taking it home. The helmet?

😆🙈 On a Roadmaster, you wouldn’t even be able to see it strapped on to the back seat.  I think only riders who could pull this off in Victoria is white BMW riders. 🤣
