Finally got the last of the bits I needed to get my quickshifter working, it’s freaking awesome!, worked straight up, just set the ram to the neutral position and haven't had to adjust or touch a thing!

Upshifts are lightening fast, 100-200 milliseconds and downshifts easily too, clutch lever feels absolutely no different to use manually if you choose.

So in use,  you just start bike, hold a shift button in for five seconds to arm the quickshift and you are right to go!

Clutch lever in, click first gear and ease away, then you have the sweet and kinda scary option of winding that throttle on all the way, just hold it pegged wide open and hang on!, upshift at will, later the better for increased fun experience!!!
Gear shifts are even faster at higher rpm and super silky smooth, 10, 20 times nicer than manual shifting.
Engine ignition kill module kills coil signal the moment you press the button to make a shift, currently set to 90 millisecond but can be adjusted to as low as 60 milliseconds just long enough for a bit of unburnt fuel to sneak through the cylinder and hit the hot radical radius pipes.

The result is a single loud afterfire BANG! when it ignites as you change gears, I can’t describe how good it sounds!!, if you’ve ever heard a formula one car smash through the gears with a back fire on the upshift?, yep same thing but imagine a screaming v twin instead, I f#cking love it!! Dang! It's scary enough riding a scout when you have to physically change gears!  Like the idea, but reckon I won't get one..... can kill myself a lot of other ways! hahaha  Goodonya, go for it!  ðŸ‘
I'm Not Completely Useless . .
I Can Be Used As A Bad Example!

Yeah it’s cool fatscout!, how’s those rear shocks going?, what’s the verdict?, I’m after some with really adjustable damping.

That's pretty awesome. I purchased a Translogic up/down shifter but couldn't get a module for it... sold that and ended up having an auto clutch made by EFM instead. Your install looks nice and neat. How did you mount the buttons?

The buttons are just next to grip, easy to reach, current engine kill module time for the shift is set at 90 milliseconds and you can adjust it as quick as 60 milliseconds so you image how quick it shifts.

Hi Kyane, I hadn't ridden the Scout much on standard suspension so will get some feedback from my friend that rode a standard Scout and then rode my Scout with the current setup from Seaford to Moorabbin.  As at this point in time I have only ridden around the factory estates of Moorabbin whilst I am getting my confidence up, you know doing the 40km'h to 50km'h speed limits and learning how to start/stop and handle intersections and that sort of stuff.  No bottoming out YET.

Thanks for that, curious how well the damping works and if you don’t mind what sort of $$ for the shocks themselves, just shoot me a pm if you prefer, cheers Kyane.
