I have only got 2500k on my new 2019 Chieftain but would be interested in other options for servicing etc in the future. Also would like to know about the best place to have you tyres replaced between Gold Coast and Brisbane not that I need new ones as yet...lol

Never had a problem with tyres for bikes at eagle farm (their new place) decent price on set of battle cruise for my scout but am there more often for other bikes and they have been good with info and know what they are doing. As far as mechanics made enquiries about mods that were pretty straight forward, rang a few did not seem interested, indian would of course and sure do a great job but price was getting up there as were other mechanics not just them. Happy I ended up doing things myself but also realise some things will require more exprtise than I have. Only other one I know is guy works at west burleigh, only spoken to him and never had any work done, works for himself and came highly recommended from a mate who is a collector with about 20 bikes but that's all I know in brissy area. Happy to hear any others to compare things with.

There is now an alternative.  Kevin who used to be the head mechanic at the Brisbane Indian Dealership has opened up his own independent shop.  This IS an excellent alternative as he has a world of knowledge with Indian.

I saw that today on FB, a mate who bought one of the first batch back in 2013? put me on to it. I will see how my regular dealer goes ( now Indian as well) during the warranty period.
